The ADRE requires that Salespersons and Brokers renew their license every two years. The continuing education must include:

• 18 Credit Hours of: Agency Law, Disclosure, Real Estate Legal Issues, Contract Law, Fair Housing, Commissioner's Standards
• 6 Credit Hours of Elective
• 9 Credit Hours of Broker Management Clinic (Brokers Only)

24 Credit Hour Online $100 or Shipped Books $130 (includes free shipping)

30 Credit Hour Online $125 or Shipped Books $155 (includes free shipping)
