Continuing Education (Real Estate DRE License Renewal Process)

  1. How do I renew my California DRE Real Estate License?

    Step 1: Purchase your DRE approved continuing education course here: https://www.revei.com/continuinged
    Step 2: Complete your 45 credit hours of continuing education and print your certificates.
    Step 3: Salesperson and Brokers can complete their renewal online with the DRE https://secure.dre.ca.gov/elicensing

    Note:
    a) You must be within 90 days of expiration to process renewal
    b) Log in or Register and choose the license renewal option
    c) Carefully read and follow the on screen instructions

  2. How do I renew my Corporate/Officer Real Estate License?

    In addition to completing the steps above, you must mail in the Corp form: https://www.revei.com/dreforms. Call our office for additional help.

  3. How do I renew my out-of-state California DRE Real Estate License?

    In addition to completing the steps above, you must mail in the appropriate out-of-state forms: https://www.revei.com/dreforms. Call our office for additional help.

  4. How do I log into the online system to complete my course(s)?

    Step 1: Click on the “Student Login” button on our web site, www.revei.com.

    Step 2: Your account log in credentials are created by Revei with information provided by you or your association of realtors. Your username is the email address we have on file for you. Your password is either your DRE number (if applicable) or a random password given to you by Revei.

    Step 3: If login is unsuccessful, you may reset your password through the learning portal. You can also call us for help @ 800-582-7979.

  5. Why is there no certificate for the Legal and Marketing Part 1 course?

    The Legal and Marketing Course is approved as one 30 hour course with the DRE. You will receive a certificate of completion for the whole course once you complete Part 1 and Part 2.

  6. Are you approved by the California Department of Real Estate (Department of Real Estate)?

    We are approved for continuing education as Real Estate Video Educational Institute, Inc. Sponsor # 2473 and approved for pre-licensing education Sponsor # S0625
