DRE Requirements for Broker Applicants:
- Course Requirements: 8 Licensing Courses
- Experience (at least one of the following)
- 2 Years as Full-Time Salesperson
- Bachelors Degree: Major or Minor in Real Estate
- Practicing California Real Estate Law
